The stay was more than pleasant. We stayed in the deluxe suite. WiFi, A/C, fridge, coffee amenities... All available. The restaurant staff was top notch. Food was very good and there are choices for every taste. Our favorites are going to the beach and the beach bar. Probably the best sandy beach in the region. Shallow and warm water, great for a morning swim. Evenings bring out an entertainment program. Band and booze for adults and cartoons at the kids movies. Would recommend!!!

Location is very good. Akyarlar has the clearest water in Bodrum and this hotel has a nice space for sunbathing. Rooms are spacious. However in general management of the facilities needs a shift. Food is below average, found hair in my food twice. If you are after quality and not quantity, this is not the place. In general staff is nice but they do not have any authority. We checked in late and wanted to have lunch at the check out which they did not accommodate. It is acceptable hotel policy however the way we were treated was disappointing and upsetting. At the check out, there was a queue and while waiting I wanted to load my bags to the car which they have reacted like I am running away! This was a prepaid hotel and we only had about 15 usd extra which was about 2% what we have already paid. In summary, I would not rate this place high if you are looking for good value vs price. I would return to Akyarlar but not to this facility I am afraid.

Pluspunten · The only things we liked about this hotel are: 1. The big room size we booked (We stayed in a junior suite which had a separate living room) 2. The nice and clean sea next to the hotel. The rest about this hotel is definitely bad. Minpunten · Definitely not worth for the whole bunch of money we paid. Here are the concrete reasons: 1. We had requested a cot for our 1 year old baby. They provided a camping bed without a mattress. They just put a duvet in the bed. We said on our first day this is not usable for our baby. Then they changed it with a poor quality sponge mattress which did not have the same dimensions with the camping bed. There was a lot of space between the mattress and the edge of the bed. We just thought they didn't have any other mattresses and didn't complain more and let our baby sleep in this uncomfortable bed. But after 1 week we have seen that they were taking a really big camping bed and a thick nice mattress out one of the rooms during cleaning and we realised that they just behave differently to each customer. 2. The bedroom door handle was broken and therefore we couldn't close it properly after our baby slept in the bedroom because otherwise she could stay locked up in the room. We have mentioned the problem twice to the reception and they sent someone to fix it but it couldn't be fixed properly. 3. The meals, the grill were really fatty. The pastries were ok. The coffee was terrible and besides it was charged except the breakfast. 4. They provided fixed places to sit during meal times which was unfair. Some people were sitting very close to the grill, restaurant, some far away, some in the sun. Besides, we had to look for a new high chair for our baby every time we went to have a meal. People were just taking it away. And every time I had to clean it by myself for my baby to be able to sit. Most of them were broken too. 5. The hygiene was terrible. The carpet in the room was dirty. We could definitely see the dirt on the clothes of our daughter who was crawling. There was a mosquito net under the sofa in the living room. During our 10 nights stay there was no cleaning except the vacuuming I asked for once. 6. We paid a lot of money for this hotel which was definitely not worth the service we got but they still ask for extra money to be able to use the beach lodges that they have put on the beach.

Club Marma Hotel I spend my honeymoon in this hotel in September and i recommend the hotel for couples and families also. the hotel located at beautiful Karaincir Bay with pristine waters, this hotel offers an excellent vacation experience, especially for honeymoon,. They delicious food, nice landscaping, courteous and professional staff, live music every night and so on.. We truly enjoyed our stay and would strongly recommend it to anyone! Marma Club is a welcoming and well-managed resort that i have stayed at twice in different years and both times it's been a great holiday. The bungalows are clean and well looked after, the territory, beach, kitchen is the same. Guests at the hotel behave pleasantly, which is a big plus. It's a great place for kids as the sea is clean and fairly shallow, however it's also great for keen swimmers. The beach lounges and umbrellas are nicely spaced. Staff at the resort deserves a special mentioning: customer service is available and good at problem-solving and helpful with the bookings. People preparing meals do a great job and the food is great, there's sufficient selection to cater to every taste. The waiters are well trained, efficient and friendly, they remember your preferences straight away and every meal experience is very welcoming.

We stayed here as a family of 7 and this place can be great fun for the kids given the kids disco, movie nights football, basketball pitches, tennis court and volleybal court etc. The restaurant staff is very helpful and smiling. Rooms are spacey and always clean. The 2 issues we faced were 1- lack of cold drinking water in that summer heat 2- we were charged twice for the reservation fee and still waiting for the refund.
